Account Executive
As an Account Executive you will be responsible for key aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting for new opportunities, developing, accelerating, and closing sales with our rapidly growing list of customers. Job Responsibilities:
- Hunt and aggressively prospect new businesses
- Identify and qualify prospects to build an active sales pipeline
- Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities to meet quarterly and annual quota objectives
- Contact prospects via phone/email to identify decision makers, and qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline
- Determine customer requirements for full functionality of the MiaRec solution
- Achieve and consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas
- Interact with our customers' senior executives and partners by checking in via email and conference calls
- Assist with RFP and RFI responses
- Deliver product demos and training material to qualified customer opportunities
- Establishes and maintains personal contact with customers to determine possible purchasers of company products and/or services
- Respond to inbound requests via the telephone and email
- Organize and categorize sales lead information into our Hubspot CRM system
- Provide weekly accurate sales pipeline and forecast reports

What We Are Looking For:
- A successful hunter
- Tech savvy
- Proficient in LinkedIn Sales
- 2-5 years experience of selling a complex B2B software
- Contact center industry knowledge and experience is a plus
- Telecom industry knowledge and experience is a plus
- Successful track record exceeding all monthly, quarterly and annual revenue quotas
- Demonstrated experience in developing and closing new business
- Experience with CRM software and a variety of other software business tools, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Experience conducting web-based demos using WebEx, Zoom
- Technically proficient in IP telephony (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Quick learner and able to work in unstructured environment
- Self-starter with solid organizational and planning skills
- Interest in technology and software is a must
