MiaRec integrates with Oracle Enterprise Session Border Controller (E-SBC), formerly known as Acme Packet, using the SIPREC interface to provide a fully automatic SIP Trunk-Side call recording and quality management solutions.
How it works
MiaRec is configured as a Session Recording Server (SRS) at Oracle Enterprise Session Border Controller (E-SBC). When a call passes through E-SBC to the SIP trunk, the call metadata and media are forked to the recording server via SIPREC protocol. MiaRec decodes the data and archives on local storage.
